EPS International Holdings Co., Ltd. was merged with EPS Corporation

EPS International is now part of EPS Corporation, an EPS Holdings Group company. The merger of these two companies will provide enhanced synergistic full CRO services for all worldwide pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device companies planning to conduct clinical studies in Japan and Asia Pacific.
